BPI Welcomes Three New Directors

Join BPI in welcoming three outstanding individuals to our Board of Directors: Jadine Chou, Bob Raidt, and Sarah Walker Pauls.

Jadine Chou
Chief Safety And Security Officer
Chicago Public Schools

Jadine Chou joined Chicago Public Schools in 2011 where she is Chief Safety and Security Officer—responsible for promoting safe environments in CPS schools to increase student retention and maximize student achievement. Previously, Jadine was Senior Vice President and head of asset management for the Chicago Housing Authority. She began her career with brand management positions, at both Kraft Foods and Motorola.

Jadine was named BPI Champion of the Public Interest in 2018 and is a recipient of Mikva Challenge’s Youth Change-Maker Award. She earned her MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University. Jadine and her husband Tom are long-time Chicago residents.

Fun Fact: Jadine began running on her high school’s cross country team during the first year her school allowed girls to compete in the sport. In fact, it was such an early stage in the sport, that none of the athletic shoe companies were selling running shoes for women!


Bob Raidt
Executive Vice President, Group Account Director

With a Burnett Group career spanning more than 20 years, Bob Raidt brings to BPI his considerable skills in marketing, communications, and advertising. He currently leads the Dunkin’ retail account within the Arc activation agency. Previously he had Leo Burnett global account leadership roles on McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, and Samsung.

Prior to his current role, Bob served as CEO of Arc as well as head of Leo Burnett Group’s 200+ person account management and project management departments. Bob also served Leo Burnett in expatriate leadership roles based in Singapore and Tokyo.

Bob holds a Master of Management degree from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Northwestern. He is a board member of Chicago Tennis Patrons, dedicated to funding tennis programs for kids in disadvantaged communities. Bob and his wife, Kiki, reside in River Forest with their two teenage children.

Fun Fact: Bob played on the men’s NCAA tennis team at Northwestern.


Sarah Walker Pauls
Vice President And Assistant General Counsel
JPMorgan Chase

Sarah Walker Pauls joined JPMorgan Chase in 2015 where she focuses on community development tax credit investments and commercial real estate. Before JPMorgan Chase, she was an attorney with law firms Goodsmith Gregg & Unruh and Goldberg Kohn.

Sarah served as Board Vice Chair of Polaris Charter Academy (Chicago/West Side) from 2009 to 2014 and Great Lakes Academy Charter School (Chicago/South Side) from 2014 to 2017.

Sarah received her JD from The University of Chicago Law School where she was an Edmund A. Spencer Scholar. She has a BS in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating with hig  h honors. Sarah, her husband Rob, and new baby son Walton live in the West Loop.

Fun Fact: As a sophomore in college, Sarah was a contestant on the game show, Win Ben Stein’s Money. Unfortunately, Ben still has his money.
