Welcome BPI’s Communications and Development Interns

Each summer, BPI is host to a diverse cohort of undergraduate and graduate student interns who collaborate on projects across our program areas, assisting BPI to advance program priorities. This year we were honored to host interns for our communication and development efforts.

Take a moment to learn more about these outstanding interns at BPI this summer!

Allison Robinson

Allison Robinson was born and raised in Charlottesville, VA. Growing up in a city steeped with history, Allison quickly developed an interest in combining her love of learning with nonprofit work.

Prior to joining the BPI family, Allison worked with a number of nonprofits dedicated to public education, including Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello, the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities, and the Robert Russa Moton Museum. She is about to enter the second year of her doctoral program in History at the University of Chicago.

This summer, Allison is working as the Communications and Development Intern.
